Bridal Shower Desserts: Gluten-free Strawberry Champagne Cupcake Parfaits and Trios of Mousse

Lovely gluten-free desserts for a beautiful bridal shower in honor of my friend Jessica. First, Gluten-free Strawberry Champagne Cupcake Parfaits made with layers of mascerated strawberries in champagne and granulated sugar, mini gluten-free strawberry cupcakes and strawberry champagne buttercream. Decorated with large sugar granules for a crunch and white chocolate and served in beautiful chanpagne glasses.

The Trios of Mousse are layered dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse and white chocolate raspberry mousse. Decorated with chocolate dipped raspberries and chocolate shavings, served in petite cordial glasses.

White Cake with Raspberry Buttercream

This was one of the wedding cake tasters for a wedding we have coming up in July. The rest of the tasters were eaten up too fast before we could get a pic! This was White Wedding Cake with Raspberry Buttercream and fresh raspberries. Delicious.
