The Making of Brioche, Part 1

1) Combine all ingredients except for the butter


2) Add tempered butter


3) Continue mixing until a 'ball' is formed. Dough should stretch when pulled, not be sticky.


4) Let proof 4-6 hours in a warm spot until doubled in size.


5) Place into bread pans and let rise in a warm spot once again
